Back in the mid-1970s, two companies were formed within just a few months of each other.

One company wanted to revolutionize the computer industry, stretch the boundaries of technology and become one of the most dominant brand names on the face of the earth.
It was called Apple Computer.

The other company had more ambitious goals. Instead of conquering the world, Spectrum Studio wanted to make a world of difference for individual clients. We wanted to make each client feel like the most important person on earth – through the finest illustration and art, and the most exceptional service.

For much of the past few decades, the most advanced equipment Spectrum had was a drawing table. And our idea of cutting-edge technology was an X-ACTO knife. Today we operate a “virtual” studio built on megabytes and pixels and other modern wonders. Still, we remain committed to the low-tech notion that you deserve nothing less than world-class service.

After more than 30 years in business, how do these two companies stack up? Well, if you call Steve Jobs, chances are he won’t get back to you real soon. But if you call Renae or Matt, your needs are their highest priority.
